2 1/2 oz old kentucky tavern bourbon whiskey
1 oz lime juice
1/2 oz creme de menthe (green)
1 teaspoon sugar
5 chopped mint leaves
combine all ingredients in a blender without ice
pour into collins glass over ice cubes
fill with club soda and stir
garnish with mint sprig
