CANADIAN COCKTAIL

1 1/2 oz canadian whisky
1 dash angostura bitters
1 1/2 oz triple sec
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass

BLACKJACK COCKTAIL RECIPE

1 oz kirschwasser
1/2 oz brandy
1 oz coffee
shake with cracked ice and strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes

BLACK DEVIL COCKTAIL RECIPE

2 oz rum
1/2 oz dry vermouth
stir with cracked ice and strain into cocktail glass
add olive(black)

BETWEEN-THE-SHEETS COCKTAIL

juice 1/4 lemon
1/2 oz brandy
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz rum
shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass

ZOMBIE COCKTAIL RECIPE

1 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
juice 1 lime
juice 1 orange
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1/2 oz apricot flavored brandy
3 1/2 oz rum
1 oz passion fruit syrup
add all ingredients with half a cup of crushed ice into blender
blend at low speed for about a minute
strain into frosted zombie glass
garnish with stick of pineapple and a cherry

WHISKEY SKIN COCKTAIL RECIPE

1 lump sugar
2 oz blended whiskey
add lump of sugar in bottom of whiskey glass and fill 2/3 with boiling water
add whiskey, stir
add twist of lemon peel

WHISKEY SOUR COCKTAIL RECIPE

juice 1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
2 oz blended whiskey
shake with ice and strain into sour glass
garnish with lemon slice and a cherry

WOODSTOCK COCKTAIL RECIPE

1 1/2 oz dry gin
1 oz lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 dash orange bitters
shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass

PRAIRIE CHICKEN COCKTAIL RECIPE

1 oz dry gin
1 whole egg
pepper and salt
put egg in wine glass without breaking the yolk
pour gin on top
add salt and pepper

1 1/2 oz bourbon
collins mix
lime juice
fill highball glass with ice
