BRANDY SANGAREE RECIPE

2 oz brandy
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon water
dissolve sugar and water in bottom of highball glass
add brandy and fill with ice cubes
fill with club soda float 1 tablespoon port on top
sprinkle nutmeg on top

SHERRY-AND-EGG COCKTAIL

place an egg in bottom of a cocktail glass being careful not to break the yolk
fill glass with sherry

GREEN SWIZZLE RECIPE

2 oz dry gin
juice 1 lime
1 teaspoon creme de menthe (green)
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
2 dashes bitters
2 oz club soda
mix lime juice, powdered sugar and club soda in collins glass
fill with crushed ice and stir until glass is frosted
then add gin, bitters and creme de menthe
fill with club soda and serve with swizzle stick allowing individual to do final stirring

BANANA DAIQUIRI RECIPE

1 1/2 oz rum
1 1/2 oz lime juice
1 tablespoon triple sec
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup crushed ice
1 medium ripe banana sliced
blend ingredients at low speed and then at high speed until firm
serve in a champagne glass topped with a cherry

SHERRY SANGAREE RECIPE

dissolve 1/2 teaspoon sugar in 1 teaspoon water in bottom of old-fashioned glass
add 2 oz sherry and stir
add ice cubes and a splash of club soda, leaving enough room to float a tablespoon of port
sprinkle nutmeg on top

JOCKEY CLUB COCKTAIL

1 1/2 oz dry gin
juice 1/4 lemon
1 dash bitters
1/4 teaspoon creme de cacao (white)
shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass
