AUNT JEMIMA COCKTAIL

1/2 oz old mr. boston five star brandy
1/2 oz old mr. boston creme de cacao (white)
1/2 oz benedictine
pour each ingredient in order given very carefully into a pousse-cafe glass so that ingredients do not mix
