FROZEN APPLE COCKTAIL

1/2 egg white
1 1/2 oz applejack
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
blend ingredients with a cup of crushed ice at low speed until smooth
pour into old-fashioned glass
garnish with a lime slice
